If you’re like me, remembering to take a pill or supplement everyday seems, well impossible. I can’t explain why I always forget, but I do. Lots of experts are telling us that Vitamin D is the one mineral we can’t get enough of.

What they forget to tell us is that if you live where you can get sunshine most days your body manufactures all the Vitamin D you need. No need to take a supplement! If you live where the sun does not shine most days you need to supplement your Vitamin D intake or simply absorb some UV rays for 10 minutes a couple times a week!
